The municipal service Punto Cámara-Tres Cantos has carried out more than ten advisory and support actions during its first weeks of operation, as reported by the Tres Cantos City Council on 27 October 2026. The initiative is overseen by the Department of Economic Development and is developed alongside the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid.
As reported by magazineslv.com, the resource aims to support entrepreneurs, businesses, and startups in the creation, development, and consolidation of their projects. So far, inquiries have been received through the municipal service and via the access provided on the website of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
Through the Entrepreneur Attention Point (PAE), the service has supported the establishment of several companies dedicated to technology consulting. The initial inquiries have also raised questions that go beyond the procedures for setting up a business, such as launching new ventures or consolidating projects across various sectors.
The service offers personalised advice on business strategy, organisation, financing, work-life balance, and equality, among other topics. Each inquiry is directed towards the most suitable resources and programmes for the project.
The programme includes personalised mentoring with six hours of support per project, two annual workshops on business-related topics, and quarterly follow-ups. The City Council also plans to improve both in-person and online support channels and create a case tracking system.
In-person support is provided one day a week, from 9:00 to 15:00, at the town hall. Outside of these hours, online and telephone support is available every working day. Interested individuals can request information at Invest Tres Cantos, in the same building, or write to invest@trescantos.es.
