The Atlético de Madrid footballer claims he cannot imagine his life outside the capital. He also recommends four restaurants and talks about his favourite plans.
The Atlético de Madrid midfielder, Marcos Llorente (31 years old), asserts that he cannot conceive of his life away from the capital. This is reported by the magazine Lecturas based on an interview given to ¡Hola!, in which the footballer states that he has lived practically his whole life in Madrid.
It would be very hard for me to leave Madrid. It is my home, I have lived practically my whole life here.
He explains that the city allows him to have practically everything without losing the sense of closeness. Llorente highlights that he can train or work in the morning, eat at an extraordinary restaurant, stroll through a quiet corner in the afternoon, and meet friends in the evening.
It's relatively close and, at the same time, you have an enormous variety of plans at any hour.
The footballer moves around the capital with his wife, Paddy Noarbe, and his daughter Amor, as well as with his close group of friends. He enjoys discovering new places and returning to those he already knows.
In terms of gastronomy, he highlights Roostiq for everyday dining, Los 33 for meat lovers, El Doble for quality tapas, and DiverXO for a special occasion.
When his retirement comes, Llorente plans to spend long periods in Marbella. Regarding that destination, the footballer values the climate, the sea, and the tranquility.
The climate, the sea, the tranquility, golf, being able to disconnect... These are things I value more and more.
For now, that plan will have to wait.
