PP deputies from Albacete are asking the Government for explanations regarding the disappearance of the service that arrives in Madrid early in the morning. Renfe has yet to detail the reasons or whether the service will be restored.
National PP deputies from Albacete Carmen Navarro and Antonio Martínez have submitted a written question to the Government to clarify the alteration of train frequencies between Albacete and Madrid. According to the parliamentarians, the option to purchase a ticket to leave Albacete-Los Llanos at 06:46 and arrive in Madrid early in the morning has disappeared since October 1, as reported by Europa Press.
In the document, the deputies argue that the connection between the two cities is essential for daily commutes and that the early service is particularly important for those who work or study in the capital. They are asking Renfe and the central Government for the reasons behind the cancellation and whether the impact on users has been assessed.

The PP also wants to know if the Government plans to restore this frequency and within what timeframe, as well as what measures will be taken to return the trains of the 106 subseries, which operated this route and are currently configured with fixed gauge. The deputies directly link the disappearance of the schedule to the type of train assigned to the line.
The party has reported that the cancellation affects passengers who rely on that first service to connect with Madrid, a journey that previously allowed them to reach the capital before the start of the workday. The Government has not yet responded to the written question.
