The shopping centre in Getafe celebrates its 25th anniversary with free activities from October 26 to 31. On Saturday the 31st, the week concludes with a costume contest offering prizes of 100 euros.
For six days, the central square of Nassica in Getafe transforms into a space for workshops, games, and free shows to celebrate its 25 years. The programme, as reported by El Español, kicks off on Monday, October 26.
During the week, activities run from 17:00 to 20:00 hours. On Monday and Tuesday, there are children's workshops and games. Wednesday adds a prize wheel, including cinema tickets, and on Thursday, a mini-golf and a second prize wheel with more rewards arrive.
On Friday, a face painting session from 16:00 to 18:00 hours leads into a culinary quiz and puppet shows until 20:00. Throughout the week, a photo booth called “Magazine Box,” shaped like a giant magazine, allows visitors to take home a photograph as a keepsake.
On Saturday, October 31, in celebration of Halloween, the centre organises activities starting in the morning. A face painting workshop begins at 12:00 hours, and an engaging actor entertains the square from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. At 19:00 hours, the costume contest begins, with categories for children and adults, and prizes of a gift card worth 100 euros to spend at Nassica. Afterwards, from 20:00 hours, there will be a parade, and from 20:55 hours, a grand show.
The complex boasts 71,000 m² of GLA, over 120 shops, and 33 restaurants. It shares its location with Getafe The Style Outlets and features one of the busiest cinemas in Madrid.
