The young man suffered a cardiac arrest after leaving the road and crashing into a wall at kilometre 21. Medical personnel managed to reverse it after 20 minutes of resuscitation and he was airlifted to Hospital 12 de Octubre.
A motorcyclist aged 21 was seriously injured this Friday after leaving the roadway on the M-607, at kilometre 21, in the municipality of Tres Cantos. The vehicle then violently collided with a wall, according to information from Emergencias 112 Comunidad de Madrid, as reported by madridactual.es.
The accident occurred around 9:15 AM. When emergency services arrived, the young man was in critical condition due to a cardiac arrest caused by multiple injuries from the collision.
The Summa 112 team performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nearly 20 minutes and managed to reverse the arrest and stabilise the injured man. He was then evacuated by air ambulance to Hospital 12 de Octubre, where he was admitted for treatment of his injuries.
Emergency responders from the Guardia Civil, Local Police, and Civil Protection arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. The Guardia Civil is in charge of the investigation to clarify the exact circumstances of the accident.
