The space hosting the shows is the Parque Macondo, a venue within Iberdrola Music that the promoter Live Nation describes as a place where music, art, gastronomy, literature, fashion, cinema, and dance coexist.

Shakira's performance will start at 20:30 and end at 23:00. Venue activities will conclude at 00:15.
Regarding access, tickets will only be valid in digital format, downloaded in the app or mobile website. PDF, paper tickets, screenshots, or images will not be accepted. Children under 16 can only enter accompanied by a responsible adult who has a ticket in the same sector, and all attendees, regardless of age, must have their own ticket.
