The Basque firm Ibernova will present its AI industrial software at Ifema Madrid in November, with two consecutive events. The proposal connects design, planning, production, and maintenance.
The information, advanced by ecosistemastartup.com, places the Basque industrial software company Ibernova at Ifema Madrid during the month of November with two consecutive events. Its proposal aims to connect design, planning, production, and maintenance within a single system.
The company will be at Advanced Manufacturing Madrid on November 4 and 5, and at Logistics & Automation Madrid on November 11 and 12, both events at the exhibition centre. Under the slogan:
Artificial intelligence that connects your factory from start to finish
The company will present solutions that cover the complete cycle of an industrial company, from design to the plant. According to the study The True Cost of Downtime 2024 by Siemens, an hour of unplanned downtime in a consumer goods factory costs on average €31,700.
The offering is organised into four stages: Design, Plan, Control, and Decide. Among its products are IbernovaERP, with a conversational agent and anomaly detection, and IbernovaMES, which monitors production processes in real time. The firm claims to dedicate over 6,000 annual hours to AI research and has accumulated more than 800 MES implementations with over 15,000 connected machines.
The new addition to the catalogue is IbernovaCMMS, a web platform for managing corrective and preventive maintenance, spare parts, and incidents, aimed at reducing unforeseen breakdowns. Ibernova also markets Solidworks and 3DExperience with implementation and support services.
Ibernova was founded in 2022 as a spin-off from Ibermática, following its absorption by the Ayesa group. Its CEO, Gonzalo Fernández Cortés, is based in San Sebastián with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Porto.
For visitors, the Ifema event is an opportunity to see these systems up close at the two fairs held at the Madrid venue during November.
