Fifteen technology companies from Latin America will participate in the fifth edition of Spain Latam Scale Up. From October 12 to 20, 2026, they will hold meetings in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia.
According to territoriofintech.com, fifteen Latin American scaleups are participating in the fifth edition of Spain Latam Scale Up, a programme driven by ICEX, BID Lab, and Endeavor España. The call received 326 applications, the highest number since the programme began.
The immersion will take place from October 12 to 20, 2026 and, for the first time, will visit three cities: Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia. The companies will hold meetings with investors, corporations, public institutions, and representatives from the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In Madrid, the programme includes meetings with BME Growth and BME Scaleup, COFIDES, CDTI, and ENISA, as well as venture capital funds and companies experienced in international expansion. For the companies, it is an opportunity to learn closely about the financing and support available to establish themselves in the capital.
The fifteen companies have collectively raised nearly 45 million dollars and operate in more than 25 countries. They come from Colombia (5), Chile (4), Argentina (3), Bolivia (2), and El Salvador (1). Their solutions encompass artificial intelligence, digital health, logistics, sustainability, mobility, and energy transition.
Among the participants is SimpliRoute (Chile), which optimises last-mile routes using artificial intelligence, operates in over 27 countries, and has around 1,050 active clients. Avedian (Argentina) applies artificial intelligence to hospital management, and Pegasi (Chile) has benefited more than 230,000 patients.
The programme concludes with a matchmaking day, project presentations, and business meetings in Valencia.
