The home they purchased in 2008 in the Prado de Somosaguas development has about 80 square metres of usable space and three bedrooms.

The couple formed by Pedro Sánchez and Begoña Gómez bought their main residence in 2008, as detailed by woman.elperiodico.com in a tour of the flat. It is located in the Prado de Somosaguas development, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a complex with controlled access, private security, and large gardens.

The purchase was financed with an initial mortgage of €159,300 at 50%. The property has about 80 square metres of usable space, which rises to 165 m² built according to the land registry, including common areas and garage. According to the same information, its current market value exceeds double the purchase price.

The flat features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an independent kitchen, a living-dining room, and a terrace. The development also has a communal swimming pool and paddle and basketball courts.

The family lived in this house until the Prime Minister moved to the Palacio de La Moncloa, his official residence since June 2018. Previously, the couple had resided in a flat in La Latina.

In 2014, the programme Planeta Calleja showcased the interior of the home. Begoña Gómez warned at the time:

This is the first and last time we let cameras into our home.
