The restaurant Saddle, on Amador de los Ríos street, offers a culinary and dining experience that costs 395 euros per guest. It has only two tables, on Friday and Saturday nights.

According to 20minutos, the restaurant Saddle offers in Madrid an experience for two people that is equivalent to half of what one pays in rent per month in the capital. Its most expensive option, the Chef's Table Experience, costs 395 euros per guest.

The venue, located at calle Amador de los Ríos 6, opened in October 2019 on the foundations of the former Jockey. It has three spaces: Saddle's Bar, the dining room, and private lounges all on one floor. Since 2024, chef Pablo Laya has been in charge of the kitchen, and the restaurant received a Michelin star in 2021 and has two Soles Repsol.

The experience includes ten courses, from the appetizer at Saddle Bar to the soufflé Saddle, featuring dishes like wild grouper or Rossini tenderloin. The price includes water and coffee, but not wine. It is served only at two tables every Friday and Saturday night.

The journey begins with a visit to the kitchen, where diners can see one of the dishes being prepared live. They then pass through Saddle Bar, where a cocktail is prepared, and end at a table by the kitchen window. The restaurant summarises it as:

On the menu, the cheapest option is the Ribeira razor clam and tender leek, at 43 euros, although it can also be ordered as a half portion for 25 euros. The dessert of ice creams and sorbets costs 14 euros and the service of bread, oil, and butter is 8 euros.

The regular tasting menu, called menu Estaciones, costs 185 euros. To accompany it, there are two wine pairings: 140 euros for Estaciones and 300 euros for Non Plus Ultra.
