The Sunday, November 8 marks the VI Solidarity March for Spondyloarthritis in Móstoles, as reported by Noticias para Municipios. It is organised by the Mostoleña Association of Spondylitis and Arthritis (AMDEA), with the support of the City Council, to raise awareness of these rheumatic diseases.
The march has a route of 1.7 kilometres through the city centre. It starts from Plaza de España and passes through the Ricardo Medem thoroughfare, Plaza Ernesto Peces, the streets of Cristo, Juan XXIII, Agustina de Aragón, and Independencia, and the Constitution Avenue. The route concludes at Plaza del Pradillo, where several dance academies will perform.
During the march, participants will walk accompanied by a batucada or a musical band. At the registration points, tickets for a solidarity raffle for two euros are sold, with prizes donated by individuals, shops, and collaborating entities. Financial contributions can also be made through the Fila Cero set up for the event.
