In Peñagrande, Neinor Homes is building 240 homes in two towers: the first has already been delivered and the second will be completed in 2027.
According to que.es, new construction in Spain is concentrated in Madrid and along the coast, with the latest example in the north of the capital: 240 homes spread across two towers in Peñagrande, within the district of Fuencarral-El Pardo.
The development is called Panoramic Homes, designed by the firm Cano y Escario Arquitectura and promoted by Neinor Homes. The first tower has already been delivered and the second will be completed throughout 2027.
The homes are being built on a plot of over 2,900 square meters in the Joaquín Lorenzo area. The building combines a low L-shaped section, with a ground floor, six floors and an attic, with a fifteen-storey tower plus an attic that reaches 54 meters. The flats have between 1 and 3 bedrooms and all feature perimeter terraces.
Along the coast, the Sanxenxo development in Pontevedra has 43 homes and 89 parking spaces. Grupo Insur also has new developments spread across Madrid and Valencia.
The façade combines prefabricated GRC panels and SATE insulation, with thermal break aluminium carpentry. Heating and hot water are produced by CO2 aerothermal heat pumps located on the roof, and the interior features underfloor cooling and heating.
The ground floor houses the common areas: gourmet room, changing rooms, landscaped areas and a pool of over 50 square meters.
The available information does not include sale prices, so interested parties should consult them directly with the developer.
