The human resources fair celebrates its third edition on November 18 and 19 at IFEMA MADRID with over 70 sessions on AI, salary transparency, and talent. It will feature a dedicated pavilion for the first time.
The third edition of HR EXPO 2026 will take place on November 18 and 19 at IFEMA MADRID with the participation of over 90 exhibiting companies and a programme of more than 70 sessions focused on the impact of artificial intelligence, salary transparency, and talent management. The information, reported by elmundofinanciero.com, confirms that the event will feature a dedicated pavilion for the first time, a growth that responds to the increasing number of professionals interested in human resources challenges.
The previous edition, held alongside ACCOUNTEX España, brought together over 12,500 professionals. For this event, the organisers expect to surpass that figure and establish the meeting as a reference point for human resources directors and talent managers.
The fact that HR EXPO has a dedicated pavilion for the first time at IFEMA MADRID reflects the growing interest in challenges related to people and talent. We want professionals to understand what is really changing in HR, learn from the experiences of other organisations, and take away ideas and solutions they can apply in their companies,” says Cristina Claveria, fair director of HR EXPO 2026.
The programme will address the adoption of artificial intelligence in recruitment, professional development, and productivity, featuring real cases from companies. It will also cover talent attraction and retention, the future of leadership, well-being and mental health, flexibility and work-life balance, and the strategic role of human resources in business.
Upcoming regulatory changes will have a prominent space, particularly regarding salary transparency and the evolution of work hour records. Among the confirmed sessions is a roundtable organised by AEDRH on productivity and the new role of the people director; a presentation by Tiago Santos titled “Confessions of the Future: 5 Things You Still Don’t Know About the Future of HR”; a session on AI adoption in large organisations with Mahou San Miguel, Merz Aesthetics, and Prosegur, organised by Área 101; and a talk by Pat Iglesias on how to build a People department and a cultural project.
The exhibition area will showcase technology and software services for human resources, talent acquisition and recruitment, training, well-being and occupational health, payroll, time tracking, internal communication, compensation and benefits, international mobility, and talent assessment. Attendees will be able to compare providers, attend demonstrations, and learn from the experiences of other managers.
HR EXPO 2026 will be held simultaneously with the fifth edition of ACCOUNTEX España and the first LEGAL TECH Expo. The three fairs will share space at IFEMA MADRID and provide a joint perspective on business management, legal practice, and talent management. The event is aimed at human resources directors, chief people officers, and professionals in talent acquisition, employer branding, training, labour relations, compensation, well-being, and culture.
