RC Ibérica Climatización, a company based in Coslada, offers annual maintenance plans for boilers and air conditioning in the Community of Madrid starting from 108 euros a year, VAT included. The services cover annual inspections, discounts on spare parts, and labour hours for repairs.
Residents of Madrid and municipalities such as Alcalá de Henares, Alcobendas, Las Rozas, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Leganés, or Getafe can hire an annual boiler maintenance plan starting from 9 euros a month (108 euros a year, VAT included), according to lavozmadrid.es. The company RC Ibérica Climatización, based in Coslada and with over 15 years of experience, has grouped its services into three options so that the boiler is serviced before winter and the air conditioning before summer without needing to book an appointment each year.
The Basic plan, at 9 euros a month, includes an annual boiler inspection between seasons, in spring or autumn at the customer's choice: burner and heat exchanger cleaning, pressure and tightness control, combustion analysis, and a technical report. The Advanced plan (15 euros a month, 180 a year) adds the inspection of the gas installation, radiator bleeding, and one hour of free labour for repairs. The Premium plan (23 euros a month, 276 a year) adds priority scheduling for repairs and two hours of free labour for repairs.
All three plans include discounts of 10 to 25 % on spare parts and a balance of 25, 75, or 150 euros for refurbished parts. The company recovers and refurbishes boiler components in its own laboratory, which reduces repair costs and extends the lifespan of the equipment, according to the information provided by the company.
The plans are not insurance or emergency services: repairs are quoted separately, except for the included hours and discounts,” the company clarifies.
For air conditioning, annual maintenance costs between 89 and 129 euros per split or cassette unit, and between 129 and 185 euros for ducted systems, with one or two visits a year for filter cleaning, pressure checks, and leak testing. With multiple units, the price is adjusted with volume discounts. Refrigerant gas, if needed, is charged separately.
