This year's programme focuses on the decisions, tools, resources, and opportunities that can help a company consolidate and move towards new phases of growth, according to cadenaser.com.
The event will start at 16:00 with the presentation of the latest updates from Alcobendas Emprende. Following this, there will be a round table discussion titled “Horizon 2035: industries and jobs that will open new opportunities”, which will analyse the expected evolution of economic sectors and the labour market. Topics such as industries with the greatest growth potential, new consumer and business needs, emerging professional skills, the transformation of business models, and opportunities linked to technology, longevity, and energy transition will be addressed.
The agenda will also include a brief presentation of the European programme GrEnt, which will introduce a new manual aimed at entrepreneurs and companies in the sustainability sector.
The event will continue with the talk “From repetitive tasks to automated processes”, which will demonstrate how startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses can begin to use artificial intelligence and automation to improve their operational efficiency. The approach will be practical, allowing attendees to identify processes within their own organisations that can be automated and learn ways to start working on them.
From 18:00, participants will be able to attend several simultaneous activities. One of these will be the workshop “From contacts to clients: create an automatic sales process”, aimed at companies and entrepreneurs who want to better organise their commercial activities. There will also be the Investor Match, a meeting space between pre-selected startups and investors and funding agents. The third activity, “From challenge to success: the advantages of failure”, will discuss real experiences related to the difficulties, decisions, and learnings of the entrepreneurial process, treating failure as a source of knowledge and business evolution.
The event will conclude with a networking space and partner zone to facilitate contact among attendees.
In parallel to the summit, the new call for the Alcobendas Startup Incubation Programme remains open, aimed at entrepreneurs who want to turn an idea into a business project and advance in its validation and launch. The programme offers support, training, workshops, and specialised assistance to structure the business model and take the first steps. The deadline for submitting applications will be open until October 9, 2026.
