The Tres Cantos Town Hall has opened a survey to understand the work-life balance needs of residents aged 20 to 45. The results will serve as the basis for a comprehensive plan.

The Tres Cantos Town Hall has launched a citizen survey aimed at residents aged 20 to 45 to understand their work, family, and personal balance needs. As reported by Madrid Actual, the initiative carries the slogan "Tres Cantos is listening to you" and is driven by the Department of Family and Equality in collaboration with the Másfamilia Foundation.

With the responses, the municipality aims to identify the priorities of residents and define action lines to balance work, family, and personal life. The council proposes that the results will also help improve the well-being of families and the organisation of residents' time.

The survey will ask about expectations regarding maternity and paternity, availability of personal time, and the possibility of developing personal and family projects.

This consultation continues a municipal mapping on work-life balance conducted in 2025, funded by the General Directorate of Childhood and Family of the Community of Madrid. After analysing the survey, the Town Hall will incorporate information from various municipal areas and discussion groups to broaden the diagnosis before drafting the plan.

Residents will be able to respond via a QR code that will appear on the campaign's informational materials. These materials will be disseminated over the coming weeks through the usual communication channels of the Town Hall.
