The alert was received at 12:59 PM at number 15 on Pont Street, in the Barriada Nova, according to reports from telecinco.es based on information from the Firefighters of the Generalitat and the Medical Emergency System (SEM).
Ten fire crews, including members from the Collapsed Structures Group (GREC), the Special Operations Group (GRAE), and the Medical Emergency Group (GEM), were dispatched to the site. The teams provided initial assistance to those who were partially trapped by the debris and then rescued them so they could be attended to by six ambulances.
A local resident told Informativos Telecinco that he is a friend of the family living in the house, which consists of a couple with two children, their dog, and a friend of the father, and he confirmed that they are all in the hospital.
