The Local Employment and Training Agency (ALEF) of Getafe has awarded diplomas to 25 young people who have completed a ten-month programme in Microinformatics, with theoretical training and real work experience at the agency itself.
A total of 25 young people from Getafe received their diplomas this Friday after completing the Public Employment and Training Programme for Professional Qualification with Emerging Professional Competencies, as reported by the Local Employment and Training Agency (ALEF) of the municipality. The award ceremony, held in municipal facilities, was attended by the mayor of Getafe, who accompanied the participants during the closing.
The programme, which has been carried out over ten months, has combined specialised theoretical training in Microinformatics with direct professional performance in the facilities of ALEF itself. This modality allows students to gain accredited work experience while completing their qualification in a sector with a demand for professionals, as noted in information published by lavozmadrid.es.
The initiative has included the hiring of teachers and specialised technical professionals to support the students, with a training itinerary adapted to the needs of the labour market. Immersion in a real work environment and the acquisition of key competencies in the technological field are the cornerstones of this employment and training model.
With the awarding of diplomas, a training phase concludes that aims to facilitate participants' access to future job opportunities. The young people who have completed the programme now hold an official accreditation and professional experience in microinformatics, an area with prospects in the technological environment.
