Registered families in Boadilla del Monte can now apply for municipal schooling and childcare grants. The deadline is September 22, and the aid ranges from €100 to €3,250 depending on the educational stage.
The Town Hall of Boadilla del Monte has opened the application period for schooling and childcare grants, which will extend until September 22. This has been published by the council on its electronic headquarters, where all necessary documentation is already available.
The annual grants are aimed at families registered in the municipality with children enrolled in public, concerted, or private schools in the Community of Madrid. They cover from the second cycle of Early Childhood Education to Baccalaureate and Medium Vocational Training, as well as Special Education.
Among the requirements is that all members of the family unit must be registered in Boadilla before September 1, 2025 and maintain that residence until the deadline. Applicants must be Spanish or foreigners with legal residence in Spain and be up to date with payments to the Tax Agency and Social Security.
Families with minors who have an open absenteeism file in the Boadilla del Monte Absenteeism Commission are excluded. Those who already receive another grant for a similar purpose cannot apply, as both are not compatible.
The maximum amounts vary according to the stage: €100 for Early Childhood, €187.50 for Primary, and €250 for Secondary, Baccalaureate, and Medium Vocational Training. For students with high abilities, the cap is €625; for minors with ADHD or special educational needs, it is €1,125; and up to €3,250 for those enrolled in Special Education centres.
The required documentation includes the family book or certificate from the Civil Registry, schooling certificate for the 2026/2027 academic year, and, if applicable, separation or divorce decree or death certificate of a parent. For minors with specific needs (ACNEAE and ACNEE), the corresponding assessment report is required.
Applications can be submitted electronically through the Town Hall's Electronic Headquarters or semi-presentially at municipal offices for those without a digital certificate. The Registry handles this procedure from 9:00 to 19:00 hours without interruption.
