The development includes 96 homes: 34 with two bedrooms, 54 with three (four adapted for people with reduced mobility), and eight with four. It also features 144 parking spaces and 96 storage rooms.
The new tenants will pay an average rent of €550 per month, never exceeding 30% of the household income. Young people and families with children under the age of 18 with incomes of up to 3.5 times the IPREM participated in the lottery. The City Council has allocated nearly €20 million to the construction of this development, including the land value.
EMVS Madrid, the municipal housing company, has completed 1,123 of the 1,212 affordable rental homes planned in this southeastern neighbourhood of the capital, spread across thirteen developments, of which nearly 900 families are already tenants. 80% of these flats, over 1,000, are intended for young people and families with children.
Almeida took the opportunity during the event, coinciding with the voting on two royal decrees on housing in Congress, to defend his policy in response to the criticisms received.

According to the Mayor, the City Council has increased its public housing stock by "40%" and plans to invest €1.5 billion in housing policies until the end of the legislature, compared to the "€19 million from the Government of Spain".
The Mayor also stated that the City Council "has developed enough land" to grant construction licenses for 60,000 homes in the city "from today to tomorrow".
