The filming will take place in central Madrid and in Aranjuez, a town in the south of the Community of Madrid. The film follows his previous works shot in Spain, such as 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' (2008) and 'Rifkin's Festival' (2020), the latter in San Sebastián.
The 90-year-old New York filmmaker continues his activity following the publication of his memoir 'Apropos of Nothing' (2020) and the release of his latest film, 'Stroke of Luck' (2023), filmed in Paris.
The production team is expected to occupy several streets in the Centro district of Madrid over the coming weeks. The City Council of Madrid and that of Aranjuez will coordinate the impacts on traffic and parking in the areas where the filming crews are set up, according to municipal sources.
