Moldtrans is now operating from its new logistics centre in the Los Almendros industrial estate, featuring 28 loading docks. The company thus replaces its previous headquarters in Coslada.

A new logistics centre of 13,500 square metres is now operational in Torrejón de Ardoz, where the Moldtrans Group has relocated its Madrid branch from Coslada. This information is reported by MiraCorredor, which had been following the project since its announcement.

The facilities are located at number 9 on Leonardo da Vinci Street, in the Los Almendros industrial estate, on a plot of 20,465 square metres. The complex combines transport, storage, and distribution, replacing the company's former headquarters in Coslada.

In May 2025, the company had announced a facility of 17,000 square metres. The final area has been reduced to about 13,500 square metres, including offices.

Of that space, nearly 4,000 square metres are allocated to cross-docking, a system that allows goods to be transferred from one vehicle to another without storing them. Another 9,300 square metres are reserved for logistics and storage, with capacity for between 12,000 and 14,000 pallet positions.

The centre features 28 loading docks and three level access ramps, allowing for more vehicles to be attended simultaneously for receiving, sorting, and distribution.

From the new headquarters, Moldtrans will strengthen international road transport, both for groupage and full loads, with connections across Europe. Additionally, the facility will maintain daily connections with the Balearic Islands, biweekly services with the Canary Islands, and customs operations linked to the ADT/LAME warehouse, thanks to its status as an Authorised Economic Operator.

The company states that the location is about 20 kilometres from Madrid and 10 from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the Coslada Dry Port. According to the provided data, it provides access to the A-2, M-45, and M-50 motorways.

The group also maintains an 11,000 square metre centre opened in 2025 in the Casablanca industrial estate, also in Torrejón de Ardoz, and other facilities in Cabanillas del Campo. According to the company, the Henares Corridor accounts for around 50% of the logistics activity in the Community of Madrid.

The complex, completed in 2026, incorporates a photovoltaic installation, smart LED lighting, heat recovery air conditioning, and charging points for electric vehicles. Its offices have an energy certification of A.

These new facilities represent a step forward for Moldtrans in Madrid and reflect our commitment to continue growing and improving our service capacity in the central area,” stated Alejandro Moldes, head of the Moldtrans branch in Madrid.

Moldes adds that the equipment will allow for handling a greater volume of operations more efficiently and provide more agile logistics solutions for its clients. The company, founded in 1979, has over 130,000 square metres of facilities and offers international transport, national distribution, logistics, and customs services.
