The company Finanzauto, part of the TESYA group, has inaugurated its Campus of Development and Talent in Arganda del Rey, featuring four heavy machinery simulators, five classrooms for 80 people, and a 1,750 square metre testing area.

Finanzauto, a company of the international TESYA group, has opened the Campus of Development and Talent at its facilities in Arganda del Rey, a complex for specialised technical training in heavy machinery. The event was attended by Macamen Tejera, Deputy Minister of Economy and Employment of the Community of Madrid, and the mayor of Arganda del Rey, Alberto Escribano, who participated in the plaque unveiling, as reported by profesionalagro.com.

The campus includes four state-of-the-art simulators that allow operation of more than ten models of machinery, five training classrooms with a capacity for up to 80 people, and a testing and demonstration area of 1,750 square metres for up to 120 people. The simulators replicate real operational situations without risk to people or equipment.

The facility coexists with the company's reconstruction and refurbishment centres in Arganda del Rey, which apply a circular economy model to extend the lifespan of engines, cylinders, and industrial components. During the opening day, clients were able to visit the Engine Reconstruction Centre, the Machining Centre, the Cylinder Reconstruction Centre, and the Advanced Coatings Centre, in addition to the new campus.

The president of the TESYA group, Lino Tedeschi, highlighted the project's significance:

The opening of this Campus represents much more than a new infrastructure for Finanzauto. It is an investment in knowledge, technology, and people, and a demonstration of how we want to continue growing alongside the markets and territories where we are present.

The CEO of Finanzauto and the TESYA Group, Pierre-Nicola Fovini, noted that the spaces now housing high-level technical training centres and the training campus were previously machinery yards and workshops:

It is a source of pride to witness the transformation we have driven over the years. Today, they are a technological and innovation complex that reflects our commitment to talent, knowledge, and the progress of the industry.

The new complex is designed to enhance the training of Finanzauto professionals and serve as a learning environment for new generations in the sector. The campus is part of the company's industrial ecosystem in Arganda del Rey, where remanufacturing processes such as engine reconstruction and machining of components with tolerances of up to two microns are also carried out, as well as cylinder reconstruction using HVOF thermal spraying, which eliminates hexavalent chromium and uses bioethanol as fuel.
