According to information published by Que.es, Correos Express has opened the call for the 'Young Talents' scholarships, aimed at students in the final years of an undergraduate or master's degree. The aid is €600 gross per month and the application deadline ends on November 5, 2026.
The program is called 'Young Talents Correos Express 2026-2027 National Routes'. It totals €3,600 gross for six months of training and can be extended for another six months, up to a maximum of €7,200. It is a scholarship, not a contract: payment is made during the training period, requires active enrollment, and necessitates signing an agreement with the university or educational institution.
The internships are carried out in Coslada, where the company concentrates the Correos office and Citypaq and its transport centre. The schedule is from 9:00 to 15:00, adaptable from 8:00 to 14:00, a morning shift compatible with classes.
Students in the final years of a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or in Logistics, or a master's in Transport and Logistics can apply. Additionally, the company requires a B2 English certificate, advanced knowledge of Office 365, knowledge of Power BI, and skills in planning, teamwork, and results orientation.
During the scholarship, participants work on route planning, monitoring logistics operations, and analysing performance indicators, as well as on digital transformation projects for distribution processes. The scholarship holder works with real data and processes, accompanied by active professionals.
Registration is done online, in the employment section of the Correos website, by clicking the 'Sign Up' button within the call. The selection team conducts tests and interviews, so it is advisable to have the English certificate ready. It should be noted that the extension is not guaranteed: it depends on maintaining the conditions and formalising the agreement with the academic institution.
