Three free workshops between October and December 2026 will address returns, bank fraud, and sales. They will be held at the Department of Health, Consumer Affairs, and Animal Welfare in Coslada.
According to elresurgirdemadrid.com, the Coslada City Council has organised a series of three free workshops for residents to learn about their rights as consumers and how to act in case of issues with purchases or bank fraud. The initiative is managed by the Department of Health, Consumer Affairs, and Animal Welfare.
The sessions will take place between October and December 2026, with each focusing on a different area of consumer issues.
The first will be held on 28 October, from 11 to 12 h, and will cover the right of withdrawal and returns. It will explain under what circumstances a purchase can be cancelled and what rights the buyer has.
The second workshop will be on 30 November, from 17:30 to 18:30 h, and will focus on preventing bank fraud. It will address the risks of messages, calls, and digital means used to deceive, as well as guidelines for action.
The final session will be on 21 December, also from 17:30 to 18:30 h, titled My rights during sales, promotions, and special offers. It will detail the conditions that businesses must respect during sales.
The workshops will be held at the Department of Health, Consumer Affairs, and Animal Welfare. Participation is free and open, although prior registration is recommended to organise the sessions. Interested parties can call 91 627 82 58, email salud@ayto-coslada.es, or register through cosladatecuida.es.
