How the review works
- You write the note in the editor, like any other, and get to the payment. The amount is only held on your card: it is not charged until the newsroom approves and publishes the story.
- The newsroom checks that the text complies with the advertising rules of its sector (for instance, the limits on gambling or health product advertising) and makes no claims it cannot back up. We may ask you for changes before publishing.
- If we cannot publish it, the full hold is released, with no cost or fee. If it is published, the payment is taken and you receive the invoice and the link by email.
- The story is published with the appropriate company content label and with a link to your website, dofollow if you choose so.
- A single outlet: Madrid Noticias. If you want to publish in several, write to us before you start.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it cost more than the standard plans?
Because it takes more work: a legal check of the sector, more back and forth on the text and a higher editorial risk for the outlet. The standard plans are meant for ordinary company news.
Is my sector sensitive?
If it is on the list above, yes. If in doubt, start with the standard plans: if the newsroom considers the topic sensitive, we will tell you before charging anything and you can switch to this price.
Do you publish anything within these sectors?
No. What the law does not allow to be advertised is not published, nor are unsupported claims or attacks on third parties. In that case you are not charged.
Can I ask you to take it down?
